It has been announced that 'The X-Files' star David Duchovny has entered a installation for treatment for sexual urge addiction.
Reuters reports that in a statement released through his attorney, Duchovny said: "I get voluntarily entered a facility for the treatment of sex addiction. I enquire for respect and privacy for my wife and children as we dispense with this situation as a family."
There were no further details in the statement.
Duchovny is married to the actress Tea Leoni, the couple have iI children.
